Default Can anyone tell me what this wire attaches to?
This is the speed sensor correct? Just wondering where exactly it attaches to. Haven't looked at it too close yet, but I'd like to get it secured.

Also, judging by how new it looks, leads me to think the bearings were replaced somewhat recently, which is nice.

I know the oil sensor unit is in that area so this may be it but I will look on my truck tomorrow to confirm

Pretty sure it's the speed sensor. Looks exactly like the one that came with my timken bearings when I redid them on my old ranger.

It looks like it goes to the wheel sensor for the anti-lock brakes.

Yes it's speed sensor wiring. It should clip in at the two holes at the top of the picture.

I believe it should clio in to the hole in the upper control arm mount. It just looks like thats what the hole is for
