Default CAM
Anyone have any ideas for upgrading cams in a 2000 5.4 4x4... about to buy a jasper 5.4 to replace my 260k engine and i'm looking to upgrade a few things before the install.. any ideas?

I was some in Jegs, and Summit made by Trickflow. I tried to do some research online about them but it was all 4.6 mustang stuff. I would think they would work though the head are the same.
