Default cab swap

I have 97 rclb and I would like to swap to a eclb is it possible

no you could probably get a ext short bed put look up the wheel base and that should tell you if it is possible

Anything is possible with enough money and time. To answer question No it is not a direct swap. The portion of frame rail under the cab is longer on the SuperCab than a Regular cab.

Looked online and the super cab short bed is the same wheelbase

well there you go if you want me to ill measure from the end of my thrid door all the way to the back to see if its about 8ft, BUT you might have to make cab mounts since you have like 2 or 3 mounts and i think i have 3 or 4 mounts

You will need to to section the frame. The Super Cab (not a Crew Cab) has longer frame rails under the cab than a Regular cab. Ita actually about 19" longer. The rear body mounting bolts are further back.
