cab leak
well i got my trans fixed so thats not the problem anymore but ever seance ive had the truck its leaked somewhere around the bottom of the windshield, wiper motor area,or fire wall on the driver side leaking down on the inside fuse cluster shorting out my truck killing the battery ...has anyone else have/had this problem ?
Well this may or may not help... I had a leak on the upper pass. side. Took it to the window shop and they said the window was good. Soo on a rainy day I took the plastic off, were the Oh sh*t handle is and found the cab was actually leaking were the top was welded to the side arm!!!!
I got the best silicone and dried it good and have not had anymore problems...

that sucks but where mines leaking at is right on the fuse cluster by your left leg when u sit in the driver seat if i knew where it was coming from trust me id get so good tar silicon or something that i know would seal it good bc im tired of having to jump it off for 3 days after it rains that gets old fast when its cold outside
There's Ford Service Bulletin (meaning not a recall) where the winshield leaks onto the PCM and/or the ECU and shorts it out. That's part of the reason why my 4WD didn't work on my '97 before I bought it.

Your input looks like it fits my problem based on what I have done so far. What am I looking for under plastic and what silicone did you buy?
