Default A/C not getting cold

Compressor is spinning, system has Freon, blows cool but never cold. Takes a long time for cab to get cold

"System has freon" is pretty general. Does it have enough?

If it does have enough freon, maybe a vacuum leak? I recently had a similar but not the same issue, where it would blow cold and normal, then only through the defrost, then sometimes back to normal. I found a leak and that fixed my issue.

Feel the suction line with your hand. If it's beer can cold then most likely it doesn't need refrigerant. But, if it's warm then you have a leak or restriction or your compressor's shot and time to get some gauges on it.
