Default A/C not cold! Checked everything!

Whats up fellas, I consider myself a pretty competent mechanic and I've checked everything I can think if including bleeding the system out and filling back up with fresh R-134A, my gauge set shows its perfectly full. The compressor is cycling fine and the discharge line is ice cold with condensation dripping off it.

The blend door motor seems to be working fine and the **** works when I change it to heat (gets plenty hot!) but my A/C does not blow cold at all... what am I missing??? I'm perplexed and my wife is pissed that she has no A/C!

I would check either the thermometer to see if maybe it isnt registering you setting it to cold. But since you say the discharge line is getting cold, I doubt that is the problem. The only other thing I can think of is the evaporator core isn't doing its job of turning the liquid into a gas and you're not getting the cooling.

Overall the layout goes Outside air -> recirculation air -> blower -> evaporator core -> temperature door(blend door actuator) -> heater core -> air location vacuum motors

Are you getting any cold air at all when set to max ac? Even a little bit?

Thanks TLB4, Yes the discharge line is getting nice and cold. I do not have any cold air at all even on MAX A/C, well maybe a really slight amount...
