Question A/C Blower Issue

My a/c barely puts any cold air into my truck. When I turn the blower switch up, still barely any air coming in. I looked throughout the forum and couldnt find anything close to what I am experiencing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It might be you blower motor resistor board. It controls the blower speed. On my 97 it was near the glove box under the dash. it's and easy fix, and about 17-20.00 dollars depending on where you get it. If you heater works fine, then it's something else.

Cold air blows from the defroster venys on top of the dash. Is that the door inside the dash?

It was a tiny vacuum hose behind the battery that came un attached. Once reattached, everything worked fine. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions

Thanks Harold for the update, What do you think a dealer would have charged for that ? Guess that's why we have the forum

Thank goodness for the forum and the web. I shudder to think what a dealer would have charged plus how long I would have been without my truck.
