Well I just ordered my 2002 supercrew driver's window switch. Can anyone tell me how to bypass so that I may raise my window until part is delivered?

good luck i already tried to do the same and i couldnt find anything that works. luckily i have a buddy with the same truck who was nice enough to pull his switched out and let me use them to bring my window to the top
