busted
hey man just changed mine on my '03... you will have to split the upper ball joint but the lower can stay put, and just smack the knuckle with a mallet a few times. the upper a arm will pop right loose. dont use a pickle fork if you arent replacing your upper ball joint. it will tear the boot up. other than that it should only take you about an hour and a half per side, there pretty simple to change on these trucks.
I'm replacing my half half shaft too but when i took the the upper ball joint out i didn't take the nut off all the way now i can't cause it wont stop turning, any way to get to stop with out trying to hold it a pliers?
