Default Bumper Sagging/Valence Replacement

The other day I was at my farm and in the tall grass I didn't see the metal frame for the salt block holder and ran I up onto it.
So I ordered a new lower valence and didn't notice until today that the whole front bumper is sagging.

So I have three questions.

1) Easy fix for bumper sagging?

2) Does anyone know what this smaller piece is?

3) My truck didn't come with fog lights but it's an XLT, so does that mean it has the wiring for fog lights? I know the switch has the ability to turn on fogs, but that doesn't mean much.
Thanks, Will.

1) The bumper is adjustable where they are bolted on the mounts. If you have them adjusted all the way up and there is still a gap, you might have bent the mounts.

2) Not sure the exact name for it, but it is just part of the valance.

3) I can't answer this for certain, but you could crawl under your truck and see if you have the wires and connector under there.

It's just a retention clip. Not too sure where you could buy ones exactly how you need without going through Ford or something online. I just popped the old ones off with a flat head and reused them when I replaced mine.

Ok I got the new valence on but the bumper is still sagging on the drivers side. When I hit the metal frame I think it pushed the passenger side up and knocked the other side down. So I replaced all the bolts and clips and it still is sagging.
Any ideas?

I had a similar problem. Took the valance off, jacked up the sagging side as high as I could to bend it back a bit. The bumper looks 50% better.

My new valance came with all the clips, just not the screws. I got mine off amazon for $75. You can use your old clips though.
