I've had a hard time finding a new bumper with the lower valance with the fog light and tow hook cut outs.. I've found a lower valance with the cut outs on eBay for 100$ but was wondering if the 99-03 bumpers any would work and I could just interchange the valance if I found a bumper at a junkyard without the right valance if the bumper would still work and mount up to the new valance ill be ordering with the fog light and tow hook cut outs?

 

yea any 99-03 should work
