Default Bump stop tower issue

Hey, I've got a 97 f150 (4.2l reg, reg cab, short bed, 4x4) and i'm tryin to install a pair of front timbrens on it. Problem is, the installation instructions show the bump stop towers as having a hole drilled in the bottom (about 5/16" or so) but the hole on mine is nearly the size of the stock bump stop probably due to rot.
Here's the directions to the timbren installation:
http://www.timbren.com/timbren-appli.../FF150974A.pdf
Question is, where do i get another set of bump stop towers? can they even be replaced? they weld in. I can't find said towers on the internet, i may not even be using the correct term.
