Bully dog programmer

Today I got a bully dog gauge tuner for my truck only to find out its for 04 and newer. The guy said itd work but i didn't know it was for 04 and newer. Will it work or do I have to get a new one??

No, 5.4 3v and 2v. Take it back and get a edge or sct.

Talked to the guy and he said hes going to match the price of the bully dog for the edge cs. So I'll be paying 399 for it. That's a pretty good price right? Haha
