Default bucking during acceleration

I am having some problems with my 2002 V8 4.6L. 96k miles.
When I am accelerating in between 45-55 mph I get like a putting or bucking of the truck. It feels like it is being choked. If I completely accelerate through this range to get to a higher speed it doesn't happen, only when I maintain this speed range. Almost, feels like it wants to stall out. I have put in injector cleaners to no avail. I am not getting a service engine light on. I also hooked it up and had no diagnostic code readings.
ANY IDEAS?

Mine did exactly the same thing at 93000 miles. Turned out to be the COPs were bad, they got water in them. Every time it got to about 45 to 55 mph, if I gave it a little gas it missed until it kicked down into passing gear.

Take off your egr tube. Because it's getting to much exhaust gas into the single port.
