Default Bucking between 40-50,,,HELP

Ok, 01 f150 4x4 crew cab 5.4, it doesn't do it all the time, but when it does it bucks or kicks, no rpm change, how often should I put plugs in? Anyone have or had this problem, any info would be helpful, no ck light.

most likely a COP when it starts bucking does it go away if you step on it enough to shift down and pull fine? if you hold it awhile and mess with it try and see if you can get it to throw a CEL and have it read

check for water in spark plug holes, I pull boot and blow out with air hose, autozone can sometimes tell which one with free test.

Mine was doing the same thing last year. I changed my fuel filter and it fixed the problem.
