It looks to me to be the Go Rhino 1000 series one piece guard, hope this helps.

Also here's there contact info http://www.gorhino.com/contact/contact.html maybe they can sell you just the bracket but I believe the 1000 series is discontinued, so you might run into some problems tracking one down... Good luck

YOU ARE THE MAN!! I knew someone would come through on here. I have been working with the guy where i buy my access. and we have not been able to find the model #. Go rhino says I can get the brackets. I will see tomorrow.
