Default brown coolant

so last weekend i decided to check collant and it was a light brown.
so i dumped it out most of it was green except what was in the resivor.
ifill it up and checked it today and its the same.
someone told me it was oil but doubt it since collant level hasnt gone up or down and oil looks fine .but also grante that the collant in the truck was 4yrs old. truck only has 75k so im not sre what it might be mabey flush it out. trucks never gave me anyother problems other than the starter.

Yeah definitely flush it. The reason it turned brown again is because some is trapped in the block when you turn off the truck.

What i did was run water in it several times, draining it every 5 or so minutes.
