Default Broken Timing cover!!

The timing cover on my 4.6 Windsor is broken right where the idler pulley bolts on to, I have a timing cover off my old 4.6 Romeo engine, I lined them up and they look identical, though Im told the Romeo cover wont work on the Windsor, when I do a search, all I see is that the engines have different valve covers and timing chain setups, but nothing about the actual timing cover. can someone please explain the difference, so i don't attempt to change it and run into a problem.

I'm not sure if there is any difference. But if you do a side by side comparison and the bolt and pulley locations match up then go with it. Should be self evident.
