Default Broken manifold bolt

I was under the truck a little bit ago cleaning up a little bit of oil I am hoping if from a spill from my oil change yesterday (noticed a spot in the driveway) and as I was cleaning I noticed a bolt broke off in the head I have noticed a small leak I can hear it "clicking" when in a confined space I am just wondering how big of an issue this really is? Also how big of a job is this to fix I have a picture attached I hope y'all can see what I am talking about thanks

In the left side of the picture you can see the hole in the manifold with a peice of bolt in the middle

you don't know until you figure out how many studs snap when you try to remove them. If it gets bad enough it will set lean codes. PB blaster works good. But unless you are mechanically inclined and have experience it might be better to take it to a shop. The studs might be able to have a bolt/nut welded on and extract them that way. Or you may have to drill them out. Good luck. ( I need to do mine too. Also. The transmission mount may have caused it, or from being warped )

I remembered reading about the trans mount and from eyeballing it it seems good I figured heat maybe I do have a few years worth of machanic skills but do not have anywhere to do this kind of work at the moment I have never had the pleasure of working on one of these 5.4's I've not had the truck very long just looking for a little advice

My 06 has the same issue but it's the very front stud that's broken on the passenger side. Been driving it like this for almost 2 years, no codes so far, just the annoying tick.

I'd leave it unless you're going to put different headers on. It's not hurting anything. I wouldn't fix this myself, I'd take it in. Not fun.

I have the front stud on the drives side snapped, I've been driving it like this for a while. I definitely want to get it fixed, but I'm not sure how long I'll have my truck lol. I have the P0401 code right now (I think that's the one), I'm pretty sure it's the snapped stud causing it.
