Default broken coil pack?

I've heard many times of the infamous blown out stripped spark plug, or your faulty coil pack but I don't think I've seen this yet!! The coil pack just broke at the mounting point. Spark plug appears to be fine, and all the threads are straight. Weirdest thing I've ever seen.

Well after trying to put my spark plug back in I found out that my head has no threads anymore. so I guess what happened was when the spark plug blew out, it stripped away all of the threads and broke the coil pack. Anyways I bought a timesert last night and limped my truck back to my house. So tonight I'm gonna see if I can get a spark plug back in there

Haha I really did. Oh well I think I'm gonna look at a new truck when I fix this one.
