Default Break line help.

Does anybody by chance happen to know how long of a brake line I'll need from the brake booster to the back T junction on the back axle. the truck is the 97 f150 lariat 5.4L, 8ft bed with the 3 door cab it is RWD. I need to replace it due to a hole under the driver side door, right where the brake line swirly cover is in the the line, the entire line is so rusty that replacing just the leak spot would be a waste of money. So I want to replace the entire length from the brake booster to the back T and if y'all would know the fitting size that would help me out more, thanks to Ya'll.

At this point I would be surprised if that is the only line that needs replacement. It might just be the worst one. I bit the bullet and bought a complete pre-formed set from InLineTube (similar truck - '97 XLT 3-dor, 2WD). I have only so much time for bending, cutting, and flaring.

I know this does not answer your question, but its all I've got.
