Had a 2008 f-150, bought brand new. By 30,000 miles, all 4 rotors were warped. Wasn't hard at all on the brakes......as a matter of fact, my current truck is a 5speed so I don't get the braking assistance from the downshifting of the auto trans like I did in my 08.....so technically I should be being harder on these brakes than on the 08. I say all that to say, rear rotors warp just as easily as fronts.

When I had that problem, I read about rotor warpage. Actually the rotors don't warp at all, when you brake hard or for an extended period ie down a hill, then hold on your brakes while stopped, this is when your "warping" occurs. What actually happens is the rotor and the pads get very hot, when holding on the brake while stopped your rotors and pads cool and actually fuse together

When you release your brakes, some of the pad material sticks to the rotor and starts to build up. This build-up promotes the adhesion of new pad material everytime you hit your brakes and you end up with a spot or more of built up brake pad on the rotor.

So when you hit your brakes and the front end or whole truck shakes its not from an actual warped rotor, but more from a lumpy rotor from brake pad particles fused to the rotor

Make sense?

Another thing to check is the mounting bracket that the pads go in they get rusty and the pads will hang up in them you may have to take them off a dremel the rust and crap out of them
