i hav e a 2000 f150. when i apply the brakes while coming to a stop sign i am almost to a stop & i will let up on the breaks lightly & apply them again. the abs kicks in , then it feels like i hit a patch of ice. then the breaks work fine. help

 

Sounds like what mine use to do. I replaced the ABS sensor on the top of the rear end and that fixed the problem. That part is cheap and it should take you 15 min or so only one bolt holds it in.
