Hi, new to the forum and looking forward to it. I guess i'll get right to the point. My parking brake was sticking this winter and i was told that they do that in the winter sometimes because the condensation from hot brakes can freeze and make it stick. I drive a manual by the way. I was able to break it lose by tapping on the rear drum brakes and pulling the cable manualy. I used it a few times this spring on warm days but it still likes to stick. After a ten minute ride i can smell my drivers side rear brake burning a little bit and its hot to the touch. Should i replace the parking brake cable or what could cause this. Also when at slow speed like 5 mph or less the rear brakes become very touchy and lock up very easly.
