Default brake problem

I have a 97 f150 extended cab 4x4. The other night i smelled plastic burning and then it went away. Yesterday I noticed I had no brake lights. I still have turns and 4ways. I looked in the fuse panel and found fuse 13 completely melted. The wires going to the brake switch are also melted up a little. Slot 13 is mangled I have no clue what caused this or how to fix it. Any help would be great. Thanks Travis

I know I have a short. I've been trying to find a wiring schematic for the brakes with no luck. Does anyone know where I can find it at or have one they can post a link to?
