Default Brake problem

My 2002 150 XL with 4 wheel disc recently started giving me an odd problem with the brakes. While stopping easy on the brakes, the pedal seems to leak down but stops before it goes all the way to the floor, and seems to leak at a stop until it hits that same spot, then stops. When I stand on the brakes, the pedal stays good, and it stops on the spot, no apparent leaking. There seems to be no line leaks, I have changed front and rear pads, bled brakes, and changed master cylinder, same problem. I cant help but wonder if its an ABS problem, but I haven't seen any lights. Anybody else had similar problem, or any ideas?? Thanks

my brakes were bad for a little bit just like that! changed pads and rotors all around... replaced a bad pcv and bled all the gross jet black opaque fluid out of the system and they're a lot better now... but still don't stop as good as my dads f250 diesel !!! Have you checked for any vacuum leaks?

Couldnt find any vaccum leaks, and when I changed master cylinder and bled brakes, I changed all the brake fluid. I can't imagine the rotor causing such a problem. Thanks for the ideas however. For some reason I think its in the ABS.
