Ok so my injector on cylinder 3 is shot I have a new one and I've been working on changing it for awhile now. I've got my plenum off and the fuel rail off after hours of struggling and findin all these little things that have to be unhooked but now I have access to the injector but I can't get the injector to come out. The Haynes manual says to just pull up and wiggle back and forth but I can't get it out and I don't wanna pull to hard or break anything. So if anyone has any tips on how to get the injector out it would be much appreciated

 

Oh and it's the fuel rail end I can't get off it came out of the motor easily enough
