No jeep and dodge, used a 5x5.5 bolt pattern, 97-03 f150/expedition/ navigator are the only vehicles I've ever seen with this bolt pattern

Dodge is 5 on 5.5 or 5 x139.7. A jeep jk is 5 on 5. The ford 5 on 135 is 97-03 only! No other vehicles share it. So ya your wrong. Lol

F150, Expedition, Navigator, and Blackwoods are all that you'll find with the 5x135mm pattern.

Few have oblonged or increased the diameter of the stud holes to fit on wheels from other vehicles. It's do-able if you want to do it, your search on vehicles with 5x135 lead you wrongly to a false conclusion.
