Bolt patterns

Are the bolt patterns the same for all years on 4.6's (xl, xlt or lariats) cause I will need winters on rims but some of the for sale adds say for 06 and up???

Yeah those are 6X135 our 97-03's are 5X135

Aha..............so 97-03 are the same bolt patterns no matter the model, well thank you for that info!!!

All the stock wheels are hub centric but the early years use 12mm studs and the later years have 14mm studs. so even if you see the holes are too big as long it rides true on the hub you are ok.
