Default Body mount brackets

Anyone have the geometry of the 1st body mount bracket? I need to redo the top of it since it was the integrity of cardboard. Or I could get a new complete unit and weld to the frame, if someone sells them loose? This is the one next to the radiator.

Mind you, the rubber part with hardware was OK (not anymore), but the actual elbow that welds to the frame was rotten on top and the hole on top is now (after some prodding) about the same size as the rubber bushing (and steel washer). I guess I can recreate the mount and wing it, not a very complicated design, but since I have to wait for the new rubber parts I would like to make it ready beforehand so that I can just install and lower the body…

I also have to cut out the three layers of steel that are spot welded together and replace about 20x20cm as water had gotten in between the layers. The supposedly 6-7mm thick sandwich of plates is about 15mm and can be dug out with a (dull) screwdriver. Captain’s side. Drinker’s side is just fine still.

Anyone have a picture of the body mount on the frame? I have the rubber mount which is oval in the interface area, I guess this shall fit snugly in the hole, not have any adjustment as the body part has an oval hole to allow for some adjustment?

Layers upon layers with water ingress between creates this mess. I will recreate based on leftovers and some free fantasy, as some parts were simply dust.

Made the inner piece with the condenser support

Welded in. Next will be the two next layers, one from each side. Have to look at the other side to recreate...

I went through this a few months ago, but with the radiator support instead of the mounting brackets. Heck of an experience. Unfortunately, I got a lot of photos of the radiator support, not the mounting brackets. Good luck.
