ok i just did my PA 3" body lift a couple days ago and now my truck is running rough and almost stalling and some times totaly stalling when i come to a stop.... i have not checked to see if im throwing any codes yet just haven't had the time ( check engine light is disconnected from the person i bought it from).. any one have any ideas on what it could be? or had a similar problem? any info will help

sounds like your IAC is bad, but that couldnt be, lets see what these other fellow oweners say.
