Blowing plugs out

Default Blowing plugs out

I have a 1998 f150 with a 5.4 triton in it and it blew the third plug back on the passenger side out. does anyone have any sugestions on how to fix this without pulling the head off. thanks

I hear that is the best way to do it. I've never done it myself, but I've seen people on here talk about using Timeserts. Hopefully they will chime in and give you some tips.

Timesert and torque the rest of the plugs to 28 ft/lbs to prevent any further damage.
