They have the LED flasher relay at autozone? How much?

Yes they do, here:

It is the same one as on Amazon, and is where I got mine. I found the Amazon one later.

The Novita Flasher works great and Auto Zone had it in stock.
To change it you look up under the dash just to the left of the black diagnostic plug.
There is a gray connector you can pull out of the retainer to get it out of the way.
The black box above it houses the flasher. Stick a long slim screwdriver into the plastic retainer to release it from the metal bracket and slide up then pull it down to access it.
There is black tape around it if it's never been opened. Pry the two clasps out to open the top and pull the blue stock flasher out. Plug in the EP-27 and you are good to go.
No need to tape it back up.

Mine wouldn't come off that metal bracket, I just bent it down, replaced the relay, and bent it back up.
