Default Blinker problems

I've been having some blinker issues recently. From searches on here, I'm thinking the multi function switch but I'd like to hear other opinions. It's an intermittent problem but is happening more often. I have a 98 F150.
I'll hit the turn signal and the blinkers may or may not start working. If they don't work, there will be a buzzing sound. Some times they will start working while in use. The same thing happens whether using left or right signals. I've tried changing the tilt of the steering column with no effect. Hopefully the video will upload since I'm not describing it too well.
What do you think? Multi function switch? Or maybe the blinker relay? Or something else?

I'd put the column apart and make sure that the connector on the MFS is attached well.

O'Reilly sells a $20 harness that I had to splice into the harness with crimp connectors after removing the broken one. Haven't had a problem since. Your blinker (MFS) switch still should be good.
