98 ford f150 i replaced blend door actuator it moved to the cold position and wont move anymore. you can feel the actuator moving inside but not outside

 

Probably have a busted blend door. That piece it the bottom likes to break off. Did you try and turn it when the motor/actuator was off of the door?

Dorman makes a replacement door with a metal end piece. Nice little upgrade.

 

Yep blend door itself. Put a new heater core in at the same time so you dont have to do it again. Huge job. Took me 2 days. The replacement doors have a metal hinge so they dont fail.
