Default Black out lights

Does anyone know if it's legal to black out headlights and tail lights in Texas?

Hmmmm... Sure don't. I know here in Colorado the headlights are illegal to black out (though no one really seems to care HAHA!) But the tail lights aren't an issue. I even know a couple people who have somehow figured out how to paint their taillights to match the body color and still get them to light up red! Not sure how it's done, but it looks pretty sweet! Gives the car/truck a shaved look without actually shaving the lights off! I'd be tempted to do it to my truck if it wasn't for the fact that I plan on finding some trails and don't want to do the work just to risk getting the lights smashed on a tree branch, lol!

Ahh... So glad CO doesn't do inspections. Well... They do SMOG inspections in Denver, but the rest of us have nothing to worry about LOL

And also man IMO they don't look cool like they did a couple of years ago now that every one has them. There like rockstar rims (no offense to any one who has them there still cool just not as cool since so many people have them)
