Default Best Tires?

Getting ready to fix up my 97 f150 (with off road) pick up. Currently I have Goodyear Wrangler A/T that needs to be replaced. But I am looking for some Off Road tires that still provide comfort and smoothness on the road. I want the tires to have the off road look. If you guys have any suggestions please let me know. I have check out Mickey Thompson STZ, but I wanted to get some insight from you guys. Please help.

Thanks.

I just got a set of toyo open country mts and they look mean as hell. Haven't put many miles on them so can't say anything about tread life but I can't hear them at hwy speeds and they ride like an all terrain.

I run Dick Cepek fun country II and they are working great for me so far. 20/32 deep lugs. They are a really hard tire though and on the road you hear them a little but nothing to serious. The stz are terrible, a buddy has a set and swapped them out only a few months after having them.
