Bent bracket?

I was wanting to know if this bracket can be replaced and if so where I could get one or how to remove it

Truck was in a wreck and idk if this can be fixed or not

So it’s called a leaf spring hangar? lol I saw it bent and thought the worst

Nobody knows what kind of truck it is. What does the opposite side bracket look like? Hell, I can't tell if it's bent or made that way.
