To avoid fading you could also spray them over with high heat paint. I actually thought of that after I sold my old truck.

Note that there are a few spots where it looks bad(pooling/running). That's just user error.

And if anyone is interested in doing this, I advise against it. After testing it's durability, I can tell you it would fly apart from a couple rocks hitting it. I dropped a small 4x4 block of wood on the wheel and it took chunks out of the liner. This is after a night of drying. Just go with powder coating or specialty wheel paint.
