bed to cab vertical alignment
I've been looking at 2003 Supercrew XLT for sale locally and bed to cab alignment seems off. The dealer says it was from changing the fuel pump when they reinstalled the bed. Any clue how this could've happened and how to fix it?

If that were the case, you might have to take the bed off again and see whats going on... 
They could have easily put it back on the wrong way and something isnt lining up right with the holes.
