Sweet action! Sounds like he had the same problem I have sometimes as well. My door ajar light will go out, but my auto locks have been acting weird. I'll have to try that. Thanks!

Im glad you figured out why it wouldnt crank. I knew somehow you gear lever was off some. I hope they just didnt adjust that little wheel under the steering column to move the lever indicator and tell you it was something else.
