i have about a 1/2 amp draw on my battery. i pulled fuse 103 under the hood and it dropped to less than .05 amp draw. i put fuse 103 back in and i proceeded to the under dash fuse panel and it seems as though when i pull fuses 14 and 15 my draw drops back down to normal. any ideas where to go from here. also a sidenote...my OD fuse keeps blowing. it will work for a while then it just quits.
