Question Battery

Does anyone know how many cold cranking amps I should have for my 93 F150? It's 2wd & straight 6. I thought it should have 8something, but the guy at autozone told me 650 was enough. Anyone have any experience in this area?

Default cca

i think 650 is the spec for that same year with a 5.0 . so it'll definitely work with a straight 6. you could probably go up to 850 if you wanted but what's the point? i personally would go with the 650 cca battery.

650 is the spec, most the time when we replaced the batteries in the shop the customers would replace with a 750CCA or a 875CCA.
