Bad scratch repair cheap temporary fix solutions
i got a bad scratch on my truck today is there any cheap way to fix and would it be cheap to fix at a paint and body shop

With that fiberglass bed, you'll be better off to just sand it down and fill it with fiberglass added body filler. Then do the primer and black touch up paint. I'm going to have to do the very same thing to my 98 Flareside this spring. Or, you can just paint it, but the gouge will definitely show on these beds.

Get a 1/2 pint of cheap single stage paint mixed up at your local auto paint store. Use the back of a paper match for a brush. Don't put it on too thick. After a few days, buff it by hand with polishing compound.
