I have a 2002 4.2 V6 4x4 with the 5 speed manual transmission. Just a few days ago I replaced my fuel filter and got a K&N air filter and put some seafoam in the tank, two days later I noticed when I give the truck gas it started to buck a little bit then out of nowhere today it started hesitating really bad, it runs fine at Idle but not while accelerating. Can anyone help me out?

 

I hope u put the seafoam and ran it thru with the old fuel filter before putting on the new one, chances are the seafoam broke up some gunk and clogged ur new filter.

 

Oh, and seafoam is notorious for fouling plugs...

 

Sounds like a bad cop or badly fouled plug.

 

Haven't checked the plugs yet but I did replace the fuel filter again and that wasn't it. What's a cop?
