Default Bad cv?

When turning left most of the time and hit the gas I hear a clunk and then it goes like normal. I think it happens when it shifts gears turning. I also hear a rubber squeak from the left front when going straight/turning.

Generally speaking when your CV is bad it will click. When mine went bad, they didn't click though, if I turned slowly (like I'm going through a parking lot or something) it sounded like someone took a sledge hammer to my wheel.

I never heard a rubbery squeak though, maybe your wheel bearing is going out. Jack up the front of the truck and see if he tire moves like your lug nuts are lose. If it does and it doesn't matter what direction you pull on it, I'd suspect a wheel bearing.
