Back Glass Seal

Back Glass Seal
I have a 2000 F150 Ext Cab and the rear glass seal is not doing its job. I have a one piece glass. The seal around the top of the glass is letting in water during heavy rains. Has anyone dealt with this, or does anyone know how much I am looking at to get this repaired? Or is there anything I can buy at hardware store to seal it myself. I tried the window caulking and that didnt work.

My 97 did this as well, but some sealant along the outside edge of the crack (near 3rd light) fixed it up and ive had no problems since, but i did have to replace the ceiling fabric due to water damage.

I had the same problem, took the back top seat off, all the trim, took the seatbelts (back ones) off and called a local auto glass specialist. They changed out the window and guarenteed it not to leak, for only 75 bucks, it only took him about 45 minutes. I didn't have to deal with pullin' the window, scrappin' the old stuff out, cleaning everything up and putting or dealing with the new caulk. Just an idea for ya.....
I also removed the hanger clips....it allowed them to get the top nuts off the frame without taking down the headliner.
