1999 Ford Lightning, background I bought it as a turd to fix up it had been neglected. I got all the codes taken care of that it had and replaced all the sensors needed. Now the only code left is b1318 which is PCM low voltage, can't figure out what's going on with it but it's missing like crazy also and I can't even get a scan tool on it because of the PCM voltage issue which I'm pretty sure is what is causing the miss. Anybody have any help on where to look for possible problems and the pinout on the PCM harness to check to make sure it's getting proper voltage to it because if it is then I know it's the PCM. Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm new back to the form I was on here a few years ago! Thanks! PS This is my daily driver so I'm in a pinch

 

 

Thanks I already checked them but I'm going to check again, never hurts to be thorough, I've been dealing with this thing for a week and it's driving me up a wall, also none of the monitors will ready up so I can take it through emissions
