Default Axle Nut Torque?

Hi guys I have a 97 F150 XLT. Just replaced my entire front end. Ball joints, Tie rods, Pitman arm, Idler Arm, Hubs, Rotors, Calipers. I have the torque specs for everything but the Axle nut. Also do I need to use new nuts. I know some trucks require new nuts but mine has a cotter pin so I am not sure if they need to be replaced. Do I just torque the nuts to the required spec?

Thanks
Geo

Tight as your can get em.

If I remember right it's like 220 foot pounds.

No need for new nuts.

If it's a 4x4, yea they recommend you use a new hub nut. I don't tho, up to you.

I wouldn't replace it, but that's just me! I would try and use a torque wrench, but in reality, I would tighten it as much as I could!
