Default Anyone running 4.10's?

Currently have the 9 inch rear with 3.55 and with these 35 inch tires im tired of it being slow. Anyone running 4.10's? Interested in recommendations as far as brand so on and so on, maybe 4.30's??? Any input as far as results in performance, mpg change, etc is much appreciated.

Side note: Any one running SVT raptor rims? i might be getting some soon (I know I need adapters)

I had 4.11 with a 4.6 on 33s and 35s. Very good with 33s, average with 35s.

Did it come stock with those? I'm seriously looking into 4:11s or 4:10s for my truck and I've currently got 3.55s

No, had 3.55s stock. I put G2 gears in there with a Detroit tru trac. Worked great off-road. Very peppy now that lift has been reduced in favor of 32" tires

This is exactly what I'm wanting to do. Did you install the gears yourself?

Did you put a true 9" rear in your truck? Cause they didn't come with a 9" since like the 70's...

Its either an 8.8 or a 9.75" Do you have the 4.6 or 5.4? I have 35" tires, 5.5" lift and run 4.10's in my 01 SCREW. Its about like it was stock. Wishing I had went with the 4.56's for sure.

I've had the 4.10s in my truck for over 80k (came with 3.55) and I know you won't be disappointed. It's by far the most notable mod you can do

nope, had an off-road shop do it. Didn't have time or courage to risk doing my own gears in my DD at the time.

Dunno if you're 2wd or 4x4 but nobody makes 4.30's reverse cut for 4x4. But with 35's, have you thought about 4.56's?

I have stock size tires and went from 3.55 to 4.10 and it made a noticeable difference but not huge. But going from 3.55 to 4.56 for you would be a pretty big difference and I'm sure your mpg would go up a bit. Mine went up a bit with my swap.

Exactly. Well 4.10's for 33's. 35's, I wouldn't like it. 3.55's are perfect running my original sized tires. Mileage isn't too bad either, IF I keep it at 70 on the e-way. If I run 78 mph, the difference is night and day with this old pig lol.
